This site is powered by the same people that make my Square reader for accepting cards at shows. So - all major credit cards, VISA debit cards, and according to the little pictures of payment methods displayed in the footer - interac as well.

DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS?
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. If an item arrives damaged, please contact us for steps on how to proceed with replacement or refund of your order.

WHAT IF WHAT I WANT SELLS OUT BEFORE I GET AN ACCURATE SHIPPING QUOTE?
If you're that concerned - first off, thank you - second, feel free to place an order and choose local pickup while you wait. Just add a note that you need a shipping quote. PLEASE INCLUDE YOUR MAILING ADDRESS FOR CALCULATIONS.

I'M IN CANADA, CAN I PAY BY E-TRANSFER?
Absolutely! Contact us and once a full, specialized invoice can be made out, you'll receive the e-mail for transfer.
DO NOT SEND MONEY WITHOUT AN INVOICE, I CANNOT GUARANTEE IT WON'T SELL ELSEWISE. THERE WILL BE A 5$ FEE TO SEND IT BACK IF YOU DO.

I PLACED AN ORDER - WHERE'S MY TRACKING INFO?
If you selected a WITH TRACKING shipping option, the code will be e-mailed to you as soon as its generated. If you went for the cheaper shipping option, unfortunately that does not come with a tracking number.

I CHANGED MY MIND - CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
So long as your order hasn't been shipped yet, cancelling and refunding is easily done. Once the item is shipped, it's shipped and now yours - sorry!

I LIVE IN TORONTO, CAN I JUST DO PICKUP AND AVOID PAYING FOR SHIPPING?
For sure! Scroll a little bit further to see our region of availability, add a note to your order of where you'd prefer pickup, and we'll arrange via e-mail to meet at a mutually agreed upon time and location. Tronopickup is the coupon code to cancel out shipping charges.

I CAN'T ENTER A COUPON CODE AT CHECKOUT
Are you ordering something with an automatic discount? Coupon codes can't be entered for these items. If you were trying to use the shipping nullifier send us an email with your order details to have a custom invoice sent out. You will have 48 hours to pay before your order is canceled and the items made available for purchase again.
